To Local Medical Providers and Healthcare Facilities
I am writing to inform you that Serenity Health has officially closed as of July 31, 2025,
following a 60-day transition period to support patients in finding new care. I am deeply grateful
for the opportunity to have served the Bitterroot Valley and for the collaborative spirit among our local medical community over the years.
I have relocated to Bozeman to pursue a new professional opportunity. While I look forward to this next chapter, closing the practice has been a heartfelt decision, and I am committed to
ensuring a smooth transition for all patients under our care.
Medical Records Custodianship
Effective August 4, 2025, Desert River Solutions will serve as the official custodian of all
medical records for Serenity Health. If your facility is seeing a former patient of mine and
requires access to their records, you may obtain them directly from Desert River Solutions using
the contact information below.
